Introduction, Product concept

Apple Fiber is made from apple pulp (apple pomace) by drying and making it to powder, without any refining or bleaching.
The main ingredient of Apple Fiber is carbohydrates (glucose, sucrose etc.), and it also contains a little fat and protein.
5g of Apple Fiber contains 2g of dietary fiber (corresponds to 1 apple). Its dietary fiber is stable even for heat or acidity.
Since Apple Fiber contains both insoluble and soluble dietary fiber, it has functions of

  • 2. Lowering cholesterol levels
  • 3. Adjusting blood glucose levels
  • Apple Fiber has high water holding ability, as 8 times much water than its own weight.
